By accessing and using the AMS (Appointment Management System) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AMS provides a multi-tenant marketplace platform connecting clients, providers, and hosts for the purpose of scheduling and managing appointments. We facilitate the booking process but are not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party hosts or providers.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments processed through AMS are subject to our payment processor’s terms. Refunds are handled in accordance with the cancellation policy set by the respective host at the time of booking. AMS is not responsible for disputes between clients and hosts regarding services rendered.
5. Limitation of Liability
AMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, any unauthorized access to your data, or any actions of third parties on the platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
